Cen (岑) shares her name with both her brand and the mountains that surround her home. In the southeast region of Guizhou, villages are nestled in the embrace of endless mountain ranges, where the Miao people, a minority ethnic group, have lived for centuries. Their villages, often named 岑 (Cen), rise along the mountainside, blending seamlessly with the landscape.

In 2023, Cen founded her brand, drawing inspiration from the intricate beauty and ancient techniques of Miao silverware. She hopes to breathe new life into this traditional craft by creating modern, youthful designs that carry the spirit of the mountains and the wisdom of the past.
